Mariana Paola Vicente Morales is a Puerto Rican model and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Puerto Rico 2010. She also placed in the Top 10 at the Miss Universe 2010 pageant held on August 23, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born January 8, 1989, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Mariana Vicente represented Rio Grande at the Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2010 pageant, held on November 12, 2009 in San Juan. She won the title of "Miss Puerto Rico Universe" and won several awards including: L'Bel Face, JcPenney's Style Award, Holsum Light Best Figure and Payless Best Catwalk. She is represented by Element Model Management in Puerto Rico, directed by Ann La Place.
